Basil Catering was born from a passion for bringing people together through food. What started as preparing weekly meals for a friend quickly evolved into something much bigger. As word spread, I found myself cooking hundreds of meals each week, all crafted with care, flavour, and attention to quality.

While growing this demand, I was also working within a professional catering company, refining my skills, understanding large-scale operations, and gaining valuable insight into the corporate and events catering world. That hands-on experience shaped the foundation of what Basil Catering is today.

In August 2024, I opened our own commercial kitchen, transforming Basil into a dedicated catering and meal production business. From intimate gatherings to large corporate events, we now deliver thoughtfully curated menus, beautifully presented platters, buffets, and individually packed meals tailored to every dietary need.
