Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
To cancel most orders, a minimum of 2 business days' notice is required. For buffet orders, at least 5 business days' notice is necessary. Cancellations made within the required lead time will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a 100% charge to cover costs, with no refund available.
For special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, and similar events, cancellations or refunds must be requested at least 7 days in advance. We cannot process cancellations or issue refunds within 7 days of the scheduled delivery.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds may take some time to be processed by your bank or credit card company. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving our confirmation for your refund to be completed.
If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days, please contact us.
Adjustments to Orders
Basil Catering reserves the right to adjust the invoice for any changes or modifications requested before the delivery of your catering order.
