Trading Hours


Monday - Saturday: 6:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays & Public Holidays: By Request, Minimum Spend Applies.

Delivery outside these hours is available, but additional fees may apply.

 

Placing Orders


All orders for the next business day must be placed by 3:00pm. Orders placed after this time may require adjustments to the menu, a later delivery time, or may not be completed. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. For last-minute orders, please contact us at 0404 814 691 or email basilmeal@gmail.com (new email address) to check availability.

 

Payment


Payments can be made via credit card. Bank Transfers are also accepted once we XXXXX. Our standard payment terms are net 7 days, with a merchant fee applicable for credit card payments. Invoices are typically issued or credit cards charged on the day of delivery.
Important Notice: It is your responsibility to ensure all order details (date, time, delivery location, and onsite contact) are accurate. Incorrect details can result in additional costs and operational disruptions.

 

Pricing Information


All menu prices are exclusive of GST. A 10% Goods & Services Tax will be added to items that are subject to GST at the time of purchase. While we strive to maintain the prices in our current catalogue, we reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

 

Delivery


We deliver across Sydney. Additional fees apply for outer suburbs and specific areas. Pick-up is available free of charge from Ramsgate.
Hot food may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Cold food may arrive up to 60 minutes prior. Deliveries may be left unattended if no one is available to receive them. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If a delivery is missed, re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.


Product Issues


If there are any issues with the products received or discrepancies, please notify us within 48 hours. We may request photos or further details to assess the issue and provide a credit or refund where applicable. Issues reported after 48 hours will not be processed.

 

Dietary & Other Requirements


We cater to various dietary needs, but our kitchen handles ingredients such as eggs, seafood, nuts, gluten, milk, sulphites, and lupin. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of any specific ingredients or cross-contamination. We do not accept liability for reactions due to consumption.

 

Product Availability


If a product is unavailable, a suitable replacement will be provided. If no alternatives are available, a full refund will be issued.
